Qualifications:
Female
College Graduate.
With at least 6 months of work experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially in Excel; familiarity is strongly preferred.
Ability to work well in a team environment with minimal supervision.
Willing to render overtime
Hardworking, dependable and honest
Can start immediately.
Job Specifications:
Handling administrative works.
Accurately encode sales transactions, update project expenses databases, and maintain sales records.
Managing files, updating paperwork and documents.
Handle email and correspondence management, responding or redirecting as needed.
Prepare, organize, and maintain office documents, records, and files
Handle payroll and generate receipts in compliance with company procedures.
