The job holder shall be responsible for the documentation, records keeping of all administrative related matters pertaining to customer orders, projection of purchase orders, preparation of sales invoices and order forms and others.

Preferably female
Graduate of any 2-year business/office related course or at least College level
With related work experience of at least two (2) years
Computer literate and proficient in microsoft office
Has organization and time management skills
Has attention to details
Honest, hardworking, flexible, can work under pressure and Is able to work in a team
Physically presentable and neat.
