OFFICE 365 ADMINISTRATOR
Specific Tasks would include:
Install and customize Windows 10
Configure Updates for Windows.
Configure devices and drivers for Windows.
Configure storage for Windows.
Configure network and remote management settings in Windows.
Configure and manage browsers and applications in Windows.
Configure account access and authentication.
Configure file and folder permissions.
Troubleshoot Windows and application installations.
Troubleshoot hardware and driver issues.
Troubleshoot file issues and perform recoveries
Identify, describe and recommend methods for securing Windows 10, common threats and methods for mitigating against them.
In charge of maintaining existing software/hardware and upgrading as necessary
Maintain existing Office 365 and Azure environment.
User Management tasks
Manage Office 365 groups
Clean-up of SharePoint, OneDrive, folder structures and Teams consolidation
Confirm all devices (remote) are appropriately patched and maintained.
Security Management Structure.
Support installation, configuration, and support of Microsoft Office 365 on various platforms
Accurately document all work performed through ticketing system including details and outcomes
Ensure accurate and timely resolution of all assigned issues
Update O365 licenses, subscriptions and user management as necessary
Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer experience
Increase engagement with O365
Qualifications:
Mandatory Skills & Experience:
Must be a college graduate of IT or any computer related bachelor's degree
Extensive knowledge and experience on Office 365 platform systems
Able to work on flexible hours (24x7x365 on call)
1-2 years’ experience in any one or combination of O365, Active Directory or other cloud-based system, and troubleshooting experience

Demonstrated professionalism in resolving customer issues
Success at working in a team environment where a customer obsessive culture is paramount
