Role Overview
Your role as The Organizational Development Program Facilitator covers implementing successful training programs. You will also focus on creating initiatives for behavioral and personality development, skills enhancement, motivational/stress management, and/or the other relevant learning requirements of the organization.
The Day-to-Day
Assist the training and development of the Learning and Development team
Coach and mentor Qmunity leaders / future leaders through triad and feedback sessions
Lead and manage training needs analysis and data collection exercises
Produce and present weekly, monthly, and quarterly training activity reports
Initiate innovative and continuous improvement projects
Identify gaps and analyze data to improve training services and propose solutions
Help develop in-house programs and content. This includes managing the training calendar of the team (Q aQademy/Q Boot camps)
Ad-hoc tasks, as required
The Qualifications
Ability to operate independently, with the decision-making skills needed to function in potentially high-stress situations
Detail- and process-oriented
Proactive and action-oriented, with proven ability to work with minimal supervision and direction
Flexibility to work autonomously in a start-up environment, where constant change abounds
Excellent presentation/facilitation skills, with experience in a training/facilitation role
College diploma
2-year+ experience in Learning and Development, with focus on Organizational Development
Superior written and verbal English language skills
Strong leadership and coaching ability
Ability to put complex theories into simple and easy-to-apply terms
Excellent communication skills
Computer-literate
Available to work nights
Willingness to travel
Ability to work in a 24/7 rotating shift environment. Night shifts will be required
2-year+ experience in customer service is preferred (but not required)
