Brief Description and Purpose of the Position
 
The OD Coordinator plays a crucial role in coordinating with various departments in the implementation of different initiatives focused on improving organizational performance and effectiveness, learning and development, and career management, and change management. This position is created to ensure seamless coordination and implementation OD activities, maintain an accurate OD database needed for reports and decision-making, and provide general learning and development delivery support.

Supporting Actions
Assist in logistical and venue preparation
Contact vendors of training services and external
training venue
Ensure that office supplies are on stock by maintainin inventory and requesting for replenishment
Safekeep all office equipment like laptops and
projectors and ensure that these are in working
condition
Process forms such as budget requisition form, cash advance form, and liquidation
Data Management and Reporting
Maintain accurate records, compile reports, and analyze data to track the effectiveness of programs and initiatives. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis
Supporting Actions
Encode attendance data into the HRIS
Prepare and print training certificates for participants who successfully completed/passed the training program
Consolidate and generate training reports such as
training index, training effectiveness, and other data needed for analytics.
Learning and Development Delivery Support
Basic skills in facilitation and presentation needed to deliver learning courses
Supporting Actions
Serve as back up to OD officers and trainers in the delivery of certain training programs
Qualification Standards
Education: Degree in HRDM, Psychology, or behavioral sciences
Experience Profession: 1 year

Attention to detail
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
Ability to use learning management systems and Canva (or other graphic editing tools) is an advantage
