Requirements
Required skills & Experience: * At least 5 years experience of Designing, Implementing, Configuring, Testing, Migrating & Securing Exchange (on-premises/online) & Exchange Hybrid solutions
Must have experience in server build and design (Level-4)
Must have Architectural Proficiency with Exchange Hybrid Designs & how the following solutions could break Hybrid Co-Existence as well as how they need to be Designed to work with Hybrid Co-Existence
3 years minimum experience solutions consulting spanning full-lifecycle technical leadership from requirements gathering through to implementation, transition, and operations.
Comfortable working both independently and in medium/large team environments.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document efforts and processes consistently and to industry standards. Ability to prepare and present solution to lay users to C-level management.
Must have technical experience in managing Microsoft Core Infrastructure (Windows Server 2000/2003/2008 R2, Microsoft Active Directory and Group Policy, ADFS); Microsoft Messaging (Exchange 2003/2007/2010/2013) services
Must have Architectural Proficiency with M365 Hybrid Designs & how they must be designed in the following scenarios:
To maintain Exchange Hybrid Co-Existence in a multi-Active Directory Forest/Exchange Org Topology
Must have Architectural Proficiency (Design, Build, Migrate) with Office 365 Email Protection & archiving / journaling email data Mechanisms
Additional Skills & Experience: * Experience with PowerShell
Understanding of Agile life-cycle
Training or certifications include Exchange Ranger training, Microsoft Certified Architect, Office 365 MCSA, MCSE: Messaging, MCM Exchange
Experience with MS Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive a plus
A good understanding and exposure to Microsoft enterprise services frameworks and practices (SDM, MSSP, MOF) a plus
