Job Description
Supports and assists the Head Nurse in establishing a good working environment in which patients receive a high standard of care.
Takes responsibility for the direct delivery of professional and competent patient care by promoting quality care standards.
Acts on behalf or at the direction of the Head Nurse/Charge Nurse in setting and monitoring standards for patient care.
Participates in the monitoring of the planning, delivery of care and evaluation of the individualized patient care.
Establishes and develops effective communications nursing, support services patients and relatives.
Provides a safe, therapeutic, personalized physical and psychological environment for patient care.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Nursing or similar fields.
Must have a valid PRC License (Professional Regulation Commission)
