Education
Must be a graduate of Bachelor Degree in Nursing from a reputable school.
Job Description and Summary
Does clerical functions and performs selected nursing activities under the direct supervision of Head Nurse, Nurse in Charge and Staff Nurse (1st Month-close supervision; 2nd-3rd month- full supervision and 4th -6th Month- Minimal supervision).
Technical Skills
Encodes requisition of unit supplies through the system (office supplies, CSR, Pharmacy)
Does inventory of CSR and Pharmacy supplies and notes for any variances;
Tags patient for May Go Home and accomplishes final disposition thru the system;
Relays laboratory results to doctors thru turbotext;
Does post charging to patient's account;
Reconciles Ultrasonic Nebulization charging versus requisitions;
Perfroms simple procedures like bed making, positioning, cardiac compression, cleansing enema; wound dressing; bathing; morning care and sunctioning as directed.
Measures and records fluid intake and output excpet IV intake;
Accompanies patient upon check out using wheelchair or stretcher.

Shows empathy for the pain and suffering of patients, as well as manifests strong desire to make the hospital experience as positive as possible;
Displays promptness in reporting for work, completion of tasks and meeting deadlines
Participates actively in different company activities
Displays professional decorum in the performance of duty
Shows courtesy and respect to internal and external customers
Acts as liaison between patients and hospital personnel
Performs other functions as delegated
