Job Summary:
 
As a Nurse at Life and Health Laboratory, you are responsible for providing nursing support and ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the laboratory.
 
Responsibilities:
Assisting patients as soon as they arrive at the clinic.
Answering appropriate concerns to the patient regarding laboratory test
Providing basic and accurate information in-person and via phone
Professionally assisting the doctors, visitors, patients
Maintain excellent customer service both laboratory walk in and APE mobile to our clients.
Answering client concerned in both Walk-in and Mobile.
Maintain confidentiality of all doctors and patient information
Complete accurate documentation of patient visits.
Releasing of Laboratory Results
Ability to use discretion while working with sensitive information
Doing Vital Signs before going to the doctor.
Calling Customer Service for LOA approval.
Receiving clients document for REFUND.
Other Related Duties/Responsibilities:
Ultrasound Officer/ Operator in Charge
ECG In-charge for both Laboratory and Mobile area.
Assisting with admissions/treatment as per agreed protocols for example TT&TIG, Vaccines and etc.
Making Monthly Reports like APE WALK-IN, LOA CONSULTATION and LABORATORIES for members and non-members.
Biometrics In-charge for Mobile Drug testing
Authorized Specimen Collector for Drug Test
Education and Experience:
A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing
Must be a Registered Nurse
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Basic understanding of customer service.
Must have the ability to perform multiple tasks within time constraints.
Detail oriented and team player and Self-starter, innovative and independent.
Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
Proficient in information management programs and MS Office.
Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
