Job Description
Assesses, plans, implements and evaluates patients utilizing the Nursing Process upon admission, each shift, and with changes in patient condition.
Administers all medications, narcotics and controlled drugs and infusions only with a physi cian's order.
Promotes a safe environment and safe patient care by embracing a safety culture identifying areas of risk.
Complies with policies for personal and patient safety and for prevention of healthcare associated infections.
Demonstrates transcultural principles in nursing practice. Acts as an advocate for patients and families.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Nursing or similar fields.
Must have a valid Philippine Regulatory Commission ID
