Job Description
Preferably with experience in Rehabilitation Hospital. Specializes in helping people with disabilities and chronic illness attain optimal function, health, and adapt to an altered lifestyle.
Performing daily care tasks like monitoring vital signs, administering medicine or performing treatments
Creating patient care plans. Coordinating with other healthcare providers. Educating other healthcare professionals on providing the best care for patients in rehabilitation
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Nursing or similar fields.
Female applicants are preferred for this role.
Minimum 2 years post qualification direct clinical experience in a hospital setting.
