REQUIREMENTS:
* Licensed PRC holder
* 3 months on the Training
RESPONSIBLE FOR:
* verifying Examines Identity
* Assisting the Examining |Physicians by:
1. instructing the examinee to remove all clothes expect underwear.
2. taking and recording height and weight of examinee.
3. taking and recording Examinee vital signs, e.g. Blood Pressure, Pulse Rate Respiratory Rate, and temperature.
* Ensuring Schedule of maintenace and calibration of equipment is observed and maintain records.
* referring to examining Physicians medical problems unable to manage.
PERFORMS OTHER DUTIES THAT MAY BE ASSIGNED FROM TIME TO TIME.
