MedSpecialized, Inc. is looking for a Virtual Trainer!
Work Schedule and Arrangement: 9PM-6AM (PHT), ONSITE
Office Location: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu
Responsibilities:
Facilitate trainings and webinars as assigned
Participate and contribute to continuous learning culture by maintaining engagement on change management, product and services releases, policies, processes, and procedures
Assist Training Manager with Boot Camp Assignments and Train Back Sessions
Assist with Quality Analysis prior to client go lives
Other miscellaneous duties as assigned by Training Manager
Requirements:
Must be a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Graduate. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
Must have Clinical Background
Confident, motivated and with excellent follow through skills
Must score exceptionally high in our Aptitude exams, should have 90% and above
Must have good communication skills
Must be willing to work in graveyard shift
Stable internet connection and a conducive work environment at home
Physically fit to work in a BPO setting
Willing to work in our Cebu IT Park office at least once a week
Willing to work during holidays and weekends
Salary and monetary benefits (in PHP):
Monthly salary of 24,000 - 30,000
New hire bonus of 5,000
