- Provide 24/7 quality customer service globally for all clients and members;
- Close coordination with the company provider for claims evaluation and case management;
- Claims adjudication based on the department procedure and medical plan coverage;
- Handles inbound/outbound call of clients, members and providers;
- Establish a good rapport and assist members on their queries/concerns from all coomuncation platform of the company;
- Claims utilization extraction using Power Bi when necessary;
- Communicate to Healthcare providers for cashless claim services of members;
