NURSE I
Salary Grade : 11
Status of Employment : Contract of Service
Location/Office : CRCF-Haven
Program/Division/Unit : CRCF-Haven
Minimum
Qualifications:
Education : Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
Training : None Required
Experience : None Required
Eligibility : RA 1080 (RN)
Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Applies simple treatment and first aide when necessary
2. Attends to sick clients;
3. Assist the physician in the medical Assessment and management of the clients;
4. Refers or recommends clients needing medical check up and evaluation.
5. Handles Training on Nursing care;
6. Assists in dietary, hygiene and environmental sanitations services of the center.
7. Prepares nursing notes and other reports
