Negotiable Permanent contract Full Time
• Perform physical assessment and dispense medicine to injured employees or personnel
• Assist injured employees or personnel during doctor's consultations and hospital admission
• Perform medical assistance such as first aid and emergency procedures in the coordination of the company
Safety Officer
• Document all employee injuries and illnesses and keep this information confidential
• Perform inventory and requisition of medicines and clinic supplies
• Monitor and assigned claims for sickness benefits, life, accident, and medical insurance
• Coordinates with the Annual Physical examination program covering all employees
• Submits reports to government institutions on company implementation of government health programs,
thus, ensuring company involvement in National Health Programs if any
• Implements the company's control system on health concerns thru the Fit to Work issuance
• Submit DOLE requirements every month/year
• Monitor Timekeeping (Attendance) of all employees
Requirements:
Graduate of Bs in Nursing
Male (preferred), single, with or without experience
• Must be honest, result-oriented, a team player, and with a good learning attitude
• Good decision-making and analytical skills
• Good problem-solving and time-management skills
Willing to render overtime
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
Language(s): English
Knowledge: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word
