GtDMC is composed of more than 40 medical doctors as founding members and distinguished medical staff of more than 100 physicians, all of whom are experienced and recognized experts in their various fields of specialization and administration. All of these physicians, some of whom are internationally trained, have passed a strict credentialing process. The medical staff is supported by an organization composed of allied medical and administrative staff, many of whom have honed their expertise.
The medical center is located on a 3,500 square meter property which is easily accessible along Governor's drive in the commercial area of Metropolis Greens Subdivision, Bgy. Manggahan,General Trias, Cavite. It is composed of 7,000 square meters of floor space and includes a seven-storey building, which can fit up to 100 beds. Located within the ground floor are diagnostic and emergency and intervention facilities, as well as support and administrative offices. More than 2,000 square meters is devoted for parking . The building complex is also equipped with a fire safety features based on standards, solid and water waste management facilities and environment-friendly features incorporated into the design.
Job Description
I. SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITY Responsible in assisting nurses in the delivery of total nursing care. II. OBJECTIVES OF THE POSITION To participate through providing assistance in the implementation of nursing care of the unit. III. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES A. Clinical Functions 1. Prepares report of patient's plan of care to the incoming NA. 2. Participates during endorsement and patients' rounds 3. Assists nurses in the delivery of nursing care plan to patients. 4. Prepares rooms for newly admitted patient and attends them in transfer. 5. Accomplishes room checklist and maintain functionality of room equipments and records any damages. 6. Takes vital signs, temperature, pulse rate, respiratory, and blood pressure, and reports any abnormalities to nurse on duty. 7. Assists patients in daily care routine. 8. Changes patient's gown and bed sheet as needed. 9. Passes and empties bedpans and collects required specimens for laboratory procedures. 10. Takes patient's records of food intake and output as ordered. 11. Updates white boards in patient's room 12. Attends to patient's call promptly and anticipates their needs. 13. Assists in walking and transporting patients to various hospital departments. 14. Performs simple procedure such as enemas, applying cold compress and providing hot water bags. 15. Assists doctors in bedside procedure like wound dressing. 16. Maintains the cleanliness of the unit. 17. Ensures all invoices are signed by patients or relatives. 18. Monitors and checks patient's personal belongings using appropriate checklist prior admission and discharge. 19. Assists in post mortem care and spiritual care B. Clerical Functions 1. Updates Admission and Discharge Logbook 2. Keeps hospital forms available in the unit. IV. KNOWLEDGE NEEDED 1. Able to provide basic nursing care. 2.
