Job Description
Taking Care of patients and assist their medical needs according to nurses instructions
Helping patients move and transfer from bed to wheelchair, and vice versa
Supporting and Assisting Nurses.
Improving hospital environment
Support patients with their activities of daily living ( feeding, bathing, glooming, etc.)
Assisting with recreation and functional training, etc.
Performing other tasks that will improve the patients well-being and safety
Qualifications:
A minimum of 1 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Nursing or similar fields.
Passer of Japanese Foundation Test or Japanese Language proficiency N4 or above.
Passer of Nursing care skills evaluation test
Having experience as nurse or care worker for 1 year or more
Having graduated from nursing college preferred;
Ex-trainees or Ex-EPA welcomed
Being good at working in teams
Being diligent, honest, and good mannered
