What you will do
Responsible for risk identification and mitigation from product level and test process.
Conceptualize, initiate, plan and execute the identified actions related to product risk and test.
Support characterization, qualification and preproduction trials at Test.
With basic knowledge at Test engineering.
Support customer issues or complaint related to NPI/T&O projects related to Test.
The Engineer will be responsible to complete or ensure completeness of the required deliverables on the milestones for each BCAM gates associated to Test process.
Plan the resources and logistics needed for the process characterizations.
Provide evaluation/characterization/yield reports related to Test process.
Support deployment in Test.
Analysis of final test performance vs. Baseline for effective identification of the gaps and needed improvement.
The engineer will be fully immersed in product engineering.
What you will need
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
With at least 2-year experience in Test process and/or product engineering.
Computer literate (MS Office, SAS JMP or Minitab) and knowledgeable in SPC, DOE, FMEA, DFM
With Basic Knowledge in Project Management Fundamentals
