• Preferably Filipino who is fluent in reading, writing and speaking German language
• Proficient in both German and English

• Technical related experience is a plus
• Knowledge in Microsoft server, workstation and network technologies would be an advantage
Responsibilities:
• Responds to IT support requests over the phone, via email and in person.
• Maintains IT documentation including network and user details.
• Can fix hardware issues including replacing equipment and peripherals such as computers, terminals and routers.
• Analyses issues and determining correct software or hardware solution.
• Testing and updating existing software.
