To find and fix bugs, faults, and other potential problems, the Quality Assurance (QA) Analyst will test software, websites, and other technological products.
Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree in related field ( such as business communications or customer service ) Preferred
- At least 1 to 3 years of exp in quality assurance role within a BPO or customer service environment
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Exp with quality monitoring software and tools
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills
