Responsibilities:
Educate customers by giving them a walk-through of financial software products.
There is no selling involved, though you must sound professional and courteous.
Be passionate about the service; and enjoy working in a consultative service environment.
Be results-oriented; and enjoy the challenge of meeting or exceeding goals.
Desired Skills & Knowledge:
Clear speaking voice
Excellent English communication skills - both written and verbal
Must have excellent command of the English language, with neutral or American accent
Must have at least a year of continuous banking/financial account experience in a BPO company
Experience as a Trainer/SME an advantage
Strong customer service skills
Energetic, fun and confident personality
Willing to work full-time night shift
Work Schedule: Night Shift
