PROCESS NINJAS is currently looking for SUPPORT AGENTS for a team expansion.
Our team is growing and we are looking for people to grow with us. We are hiring agents for a project related to market research. Our team is providing support for businesses and users of our client's market research tool.
Responsibilities:
Answer customer questions via email or chat to answer user questions about platform functionality, statistics or technical issues. Agents will also work with companies to create survey boards and set up projects.
Assist the client in other tasks related to their support operations
Work with the Process Ninjas to perform other internal tasks that may not be related to the client project.
Expectations:
Great English writing skills
Closely follow current workflows and procedures
Critical thinking skills - ability to troubleshoot and proactively anticipate issues
Flexibility in scheduling - daytime or nighttime shifts
Willingness to move to new projects and adapt to changing workflows
Qualifications:
Excellent English reading, writing, and speaking skills
Good computer skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Capable of working with teammates or independently
Attention to detail and desire to learn
Willing to work o holidays and shifting schedules
Experience in ticket support customer services projects preferred
Can start immediately
COVID WFH Arrangement - Agents must be able to work from home during the pandemic. After the pandemic, we will require agents to work from the office as usual. Agents must have:
Personal computer or laptop with webcam
Minimum 20mbps high-speed internet
