TASKS
• Delivers process training
• Ensures class performance reports are up-to-date.
• Provides regular feedback to the batch on performance.
• Refers an employee to HR in case he/she is unsuccessful in training
• Cascades all process updates to existing & new team members
• Establishes innovative systems and procedures to deliver training and continuously improvises on them
• Participates in calibrations with Quality & Operations.
• Conducts refresher training to maintain training effectiveness on the floor.
Team Related Tasks:
• Mentors and grooms new team members
• Measures performance of the team through performance appraisals and responsible for team motivation and retention.
• Responsible for retaining trainees in the batch
• Addresses administrative issues arising out of day to day working
• Responds and resolves issues arising out of work or from within the team that may have a bearing on team effectiveness
Qualifications:
• Graduate of any four year course
• Must have Above Average to Excellent Communication Skills
• At least a year of experience as a Product Trainer or Process Trainer
• Prior experience with training large groups of employees is necessary
• Willing to work in shift schedules
• Willing to work in Mckinley West, Taguig City
• Can start ASAP
