Description
As a NOC Technician you will be handle incidents, host outage bridges, assist with change management, prepares root cause analysis, monitors SolarWinds alerts, and escalates issues to technical engineers.
Job Description:
- Manages incidents, conference bridges and assists with the change management process
- Answer phone calls promptly, triage service requests, and manages tickets through completions within established SLA
- Creates change gear tickets for each SolarWinds alarms for tracking and documentation purposes
- Prepare moderate to complex network designs/schematics to address specific customer network solution requirements
- Manage connectivity requests and ensure whether they adhere to security and network guidelines, ensuring that requests are possible and achievable in the timescales requested
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or any related course
- Candidates must be coming from a BPO or KPO industry
- At least 2 years related working experience
- CCNA or CCNP preferred, but not required
- Must be amenable to work on a Nightshift
- Willing to work in Makati
