Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
Assist customers with tracking shipments, resolving delivery issues, and answering product or service-related questions.
Provide accurate and timely information to ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with other departments to address complex customer concerns and ensure smooth logistics operations.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
Uphold company standards for customer service, ensuring a positive and seamless experience for each interaction.
Qualifications:
Must be a Senior High School Graduate or a High School Graduate (Old Curriculum)
Strong customer service skills with a focus on active listening, empathy, and problem-solving.
Motivated, driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and remain organized under pressure.
Familiarity with logistics, supply chain, or shipping processes is a plus.
