The company is remote-first, collaborative, and obsessed with unlocking value through thoughtful systems design and people-first processes.Job SummaryWe're hiring a No-Code Systems & Automation Consultant to support clients in designing and implementing workflow solutions using no-code platforms, automation tools, and AI. You'll lead system builds, provide client training, and troubleshoot technical challenges across platforms like Zapier, SmartSuite, and more. This is a hands-on, client-facing role ideal for someone passionate about streamlining business processes and solving operational challenges with automation.Key Responsibilities
No-Code System Design: Build and optimize no-code workflows using tools like Zapier, SmartSuite, Airtable, ClickUp, and other cloud-based platforms.
Automation Strategy & Build: Design and deploy automation workflows to enhance business efficiency.
API Integrations: Use APIs and webhooks to extend system capabilities and build seamless integrations between tools.
Client Training: Deliver training sessions and resources to help clients understand and adopt the systems you build.
Technical Problem-Solving: Debug issues, improve performance, and proactively ensure workflows are robust.
Documentation & Reporting: Create clear documentation and recommendations for processes and technical workflows.
Client Relationship Management: Build trust with clients by proactively communicating and responding to support needs.

2-3+ years of experience in a client-facing role (consulting, systems, automation, RevOps, or operations)
Strong experience building workflows with Zapier
Practical experience working with SmartSuite, Airtable, ClickUp, or similar no-code platforms
Strong knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and troubleshooting integrations
Familiarity with AI tools, prompt engineering, and Zapier AI Agent features
Strong communication and writing skills for documentation and client interaction
Ability to train both technical and non-technical users
Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization skills
Bonus Skills
Experience with platforms like HubSpot, Pipedrive, Xero, QuickBooks, Make, Miro, ActiveCampaign
Basic knowledge of JavaScript, Python, or Regex
Background in process mapping, workflow design, or business analysis
Familiarity with project management tools like ClickUp
