Are you up for a fresh challenge and the chance to lead something exciting? We're looking for a confident and capable Accounts Manager to take the reins of our newly formed night shift team in Cebu, supporting US-based clients in the fast-growing solar and battery industry!
 
This isn't just another BPO role-this is your chance to help shape a high-performing team from the ground up, working alongside our established (and awesome!) day shift team who already support Australian customers.
 
What You'll Be Doing:
Lead and manage a night shift team of up to 20 appointment setters
Provide sales training and coaching to bring out the best in your team
Set and smash KPIs while keeping the team motivated and accountable
Act as the key contact for US clients, maintaining strong relationships and top-notch service
Prospect and onboard new US clients/accounts, helping to grow our footprint in the solar & battery space
Identify opportunities and pitch our BPO services to potential US partners
Collaborate with our leadership team to continuously improve systems and performance
Who We're Looking For:
Proven experience in BPO account or team management (solar industry = a big plus!)
Strong background in sales and coaching - you know how to fire up a team and hit targets
Skilled in client acquisition and relationship building
Excellent communication skills, especially with US-based clients
Willing and able to work night shift hours (US time zone)
Ready to step into a leadership role and make your mark!
Location: Archbishop Reyes Avenue, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu
