Night Duty Engineer facilitates daily property audit ensuring all property is in good condition. He oversees all routine maintenance scheduled and ensures that it is being completed as scheduled by the assigned General Technician. They are responsible for monitoring work of the assigned graveyard general technician.
• Preferably Male
• Must be willing to work in Mabini Batangas
• Candidate must possess at least professional license in Engineering (Civil/Mechanical/ Electrical)
• With at least 1-2 years working experience in the same position is required
• Can handle and supervise multiple of properties assigned
• Has a thorough understanding on HVAC, electrical, FDAS.
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills.
• Effective and strong technical skills
• Organizational skills and good time management
• Willing to work permanently in Night Shift
