Tracks room revenue, occupancy percentages, and other front office operating statistics Checks and collates all the negative postings done by each cashier for completeness and accuracy of the transaction in terms of correct transaction code used and supporting documents. Submits the DOP (Daily Operations Package) report to Income Audit. Checks all Open Folios and highlights those sitting for more than 48 hours already. Email communication to be sent to the section head concerned Prepares End of day procedure. To perform other duties as required by the leader or it's designate.
