• Authenticates and encodes account data of the client/customer
• Handles order taking
• Prepares quality reports of transaction
• Develop and maintain in-depth product knowledge.
• Maintain weekly reports on customer inquiries, responses and feedback so as to develop customer service analytics and trends.
