Job Description Provide first level maintenance and 24/7 Surveillance of Access Transport and Access Networks including relevant OSS, Backend Systems, Ancillary facilities and Environmental support systems necessary for the delivery of existing and future services using Network Management Systems and Operational Support tools within its respective coverage based on geographic area and/or type of network. Proactively monitor network and KPI threshold crossing alarms and endorse dispatch to appropriate resolving teams. Supply information for broadcast to communications management.
Responsible on Incident handling specifically for ACCESS and FACILITIES surveillance and alarm management.•Conducts fault isolation and first line troubleshooting•Assists Field Ops (on-site) on the restoration•Escalates to Field Ops in case alarms/outage can't be resolved remotely
