Cebu Cable Internet and Misamis Cable Internet are cable TV and internet service providers in Visayas and Mindanao. We are looking for a Network Operations Center (NOC) Staff to be assigned in our NOC in Clarin, Misamis Occidental. The NOC Staff will be in charge of:
Managing and maintaining our cable head-end and internet NOC system to ensure our quality of service
Receiving job orders and responding immediately for quick resolution of requests, complaints and office orders
Escalating technical issues to department head when necessary
Submitting reports and analyses to management
Performing other tasks that will be assigned
Applicants for the NOC Staff position must have the following qualifications:
Graduate of BS ECE, IT or other IT-related course
Work experience in the internet industry is an advantage
Computer literate
At least with basic knowledge in networking
Can work under pressure and with less supervision, willing to work in shifts and to be on-call during emergencies, willing to learn and to be trained
Job Type: Full-time
 
Salary: Php11,000.00 - Php15,000.00 per month
