Description
The NOC Technician at iboss is responsible for monitoring and maintaining our global data center ecosystems.
• Potentially fly out to data centers around Asia, Oceania and Europe when needed
• Managing and maintaining iboss monitoring systems
• Provisioning new points of presence or nodes within existing or new points of presence
• Responding to system and/or network faults to ensure internal and external SLAs are met
• Following escalation procedures to engage key resources to respond to critical events
• Working with internal stakeholders (DevOps, support, sales) and 3rd party vendors to schedule maintenance.
• Create and maintain documentation related to global points of presence and procedures
• Migrating and restoring iboss nodes and VNS clusters
