Network Lead
Requirements
Hands on experience on below for more than 5+ Years:
Configuring and troubleshooting Cisco switches & Routers (Cat OS, IOS) , Hardware & Software
Experience on Campus LAN Technologies/Design , Internet and MPLS.
Experience on Cisco Wireless
Experience on all ITIL Process and experience with Incident ; Problem and capacity management
Demonstrate an expert understanding of networking protocols including TCP/IP and Ethernet protocols
Experience in contact centre environment
Willing to work in shifts 24*7 is a must
Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills
Qualifications
CCNP/CCNA Routing and Switching Certification
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
