₱ 20,000.00 (monthly) Permanent contract Full Time
Under general supervision, assists in the effective and efficient recruitment of agency force in line with
the company's goals of expanding the agency distribution network as well as increasing First Year
Premium income (FYPI); conducts Basic Training Course (BTC); and does related work.
Qualifications:
Graduate of Business or Marketing Course
Communication skills - interpersonal, presentation and written
Teamwork skills - work well with others during meetings, conversations and other collaborations
Strong working knowledge of recruitment, monitoring of agency sales, administration, operation and training. Able to be aware and track progress and deliverables
Good reasoning, decision making skills and negotiation skills
The ability to work under pressure
Strong problem solving, building relationship and time management skills
Salary: PhP 15, 000 - PhP 20,000
Requirements
Minimum education level: Bachelor ́s Degree
3 years of experience
Availability to travel: Yes
Availability of change of residence: Yes
