Join us and start doing your life's best work.(sm) Primary Responsibilities: This position requires extensive troubleshooting skills on ACI, SD-WAN , R&S with good understanding of NexGen Datacenter & Enterprise Network. Engineer should be responsible to drive P1/P2 War-Room and must have good understanding on Incident management & Monitoring tools . He should have some experience in Project work as well Work with Project Management / Design Teams to translate initial scope into actionable items Support Critical Incidents/Changes over the on-call week Coach and mentor other engineers on best practices Provide forward thinking and be agile in adopting new technologies to meet evolving business requirements Define, document and adhere to technical and operational standards Maintain detailed technical documentation (e.g. standards, process, Method of Procedures, Run Books) Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Tech Graduate having 8 + years experience CCNP Certified Degree with 7+ years of experience into Network Operation & T-shoot into Enterprise & DC Infra Experience routing and switching protocols, Nexus, Cat Switches and Router H/W Skilss, CCNP, SD-WAN Excellent hands-on experience on LAN/ WAN Enterprise Network/ Datacenter Operation & intelligence on INC managements Past experience to deal with ISP / Onsite Customer with good communication skills set Excellent conceptual & hands on Experience on Routing / Switching Protocol (like. OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, STP, VTP) . Excellent knowledge of high-end Switches/Nexus / Router hardware parts Knowledge on Enterprise/Datacenter Infrastructure like Flexpod/ VBLOCK Model & Process, Tools like ITILV3, Rally-Agile, HPNA,NNMI, BCI Good understanding on Monitoring tools like .Nnmi, Splunk, Openview etc. Open for 24*7*365 Flexible shift Preferred Qualification: CCNP certified Datacenter infrastructure / Virtualization Knowledge
