The candidate must be familiar with the documents produced by a BA such as business process documents (BPDs, G&Ps, URs, reports and dashboards. Must be able to prepare process flows, work plans, work manuals, presentations to different stakeholders, training materials, conduct trainings, facilitate meetings, adept in MS Excel and how data is connected to processes. Individual skills include organization skills, logical thinking, ability to identify business risks, optimize processes and introduce innovation, ability to communicate with different stakeholders (users, clients, developers, higher management, etc.) and can work with minimal supervision.Your Responsibilities:
The candidate shall document minutes of related meetings including agreements, issues, and action items encountered during meetings with stakeholders
The candidate shall collate and document functional, data, and quality requirements
The candidate shall monitor lifecycle of requirements from elicitation to deployment and BAU turnover
The candidate shall document change requests and consolidated user requirements
The candidate shall perform process documentation and improvement
The candidate shall perform gap analysis between current as is and envisioned to be processes and technologies
The candidate shall document to be process and technical guidelines, procedures, work instructions, user manuals, and quick reference guides for new IT OT systems in collaboration with SMEs
The candidate shall review and update existing processes and technical guidelines, procedures, work instructions, user manuals, and quick reference guides
What We're looking for:
Must have 2-4 years of experience in supporting in the overall business analysis and business process work stream activities in collaboration with user representatives, process caretakers, and development teams
Must be able to support in the investigation and resolution of encountered issues in the project and or business as usual operations
Must be able to gather and elicit stakeholder requirements
Must be able to identify and coordinate with stakeholders the details for clarifications
Must be able to perform requirements analysis
