- Provide leadership and mentoring of staff

- Available 24/7 for on-call support (as required)
Required Experience
- Knowledge/experience in Windows Server Operating system troubleshooting
- Knowledge of desktop support and troubleshooting
- Strong network knowledge, CISCO and Juniper and advantage
- Knowledge/experience in designing and implementing networks
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT
A Successful Candidate must have
- 1-2 years of experience as a Team Lead
