Qualifications
BS in IT, MIS or CS MS preferred or equivalent experience
Minimum of 5 years of experience in administration
With Cisco CCNP, CCNP Voice or CCIE certification is desirable
Experience with WAN/LAN/VLAN/WLAN/Video management and troubleshooting
Experience with Palo Alto fire Walls are critical. Experience with network security, including other Firewall configuration and data encryption
Experience with switches, hubs, routers, firewall, Proxy server, Content switch (Cisco, Palo Alto)
Knowledge of Cisco routers, TCP/IP, EIGRP routing, BGP routing, Voice over IP, Voice over Internet
Amenable to work in Alabang Muntinlupa (Work from home)
Willing to work in a shifting schedule
Responsibilities
Work in Network Operation Group to design, implement and administer the corporate network (including WAN, LAN, VLAN, WLAN, Video, Security)
Pro-actively ensure stability, response time, life cycle over the network, while providing reports on activity, quality and performance of data network
Coordinate new implementations of all network components (routers, switches, etc...), network solutions including recommending monitoring, and troubleshooting procedures
Search, qualify and propose monitoring/management/administration solutions and tools, for the Operations & Services departments; determine short/long term requirements
Participate in managing projects of networking related services such as Firewall deployment, Remote Access, Internet access; acting at the technical level subject matter expert and as the liaison for the rest of his/her department
Ensure appropriate documentation, including procedures and SOPs for the Operations & Services department
Act as a point of contact for third level support, among other things, data/voice/video network equipment troubleshooting support and deployment
Report on business project progress to Sr. Network Operation manager.
