We are now looking for an experienced NetSuite Solutions Architect (Technical Consultant/Developer) to join our international NetSuite team, collaborating closely with our European partner based in Finland. This role requires deep technical expertise in Suite Script 2.x, strong architectural design knowledge, and a collaborative mindset aligned with our core values of Collaboration, Commitment, and Courage. You will be a key contributor in ensuring the technical feasibility, quality, and successful delivery of NetSuite projects, working in an agile environment with scrum processes, refinement sessions, and sprint planning.Responsibilities: Technical Delivery
● Conduct technical feasibility reviews for new requirements and solutions.
Provide accurate technical estimations to support planning and prioritization.
● Participate in sprint and release planning, ensuring proper workload distribution.
● Develop high-quality, scalable, and maintainable SuiteScript 2.x solutions.
● Build prototypes or proofs of concept (POCs) when needed to validate design decisions.
● Perform code reviews, enforce quality standards, and manage source control with Bitbucket/Git. Testing & Quality Assurance
● Conduct smoke, integration, and load/performance testing to ensure robust solutions.
● Support regression and pre-release QA planning to safeguard production releases.
● Collaborate with QA and functional consultants to validate technical solutions. Documentation & Release Management
● Document technical designs, APIs, and data flows for team and client reference.
● Complete the BFN (Business Function Needs) questionnaire for technical details.
● Manage product releases to production, including post-release monitoring and support.
● Provide post-release bug fixes, optimizations, and technical refactoring where necessary. Collaboration & Agile Practices ● Actively participate in refinement sessions, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
● Work closely with cross-functional team members, offering and seeking help when needed.
● Ensure adherence to defined processes while fostering continuous improvement.Qualifications
● Proven experience as a NetSuite Developer or Technical Consultant, with advanced knowledge of SuiteScript 2.x.
● Strong understanding of NetSuite architecture and best practices.
● Hands-on experience with scrum/agile methodologies including sprint planning, refinement, and retrospectives. ● Proficiency in version control tools (Bitbucket, Git).
● Solid experience in integration, performance, and regression testing.
● Strong technical documentation skills (designs, APIs, data flows).
● Excellent problem-solving skills with a proactive, collaborative approach. Nice to Have
● Experience with BFN processes and technical questionnaires.
● Exposure to continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
