Responsibilities
Collaborate with Business Analysts and Development teams to understand the feature functionality and business cases to develop effective test scripts
Execute test scripts (manual or automated) and analyze results
Evaluate product code according to specifications
Help identify ways to resolve issues through diligent research, reproduction, and troubleshooting
Create logs to document testing phases and defects
Report bugs and errors to development teams
Help troubleshoot issues
Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing
Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
Qualifications
1-3 years+ knowledge of NetSuite ERP solution
Familiarity with NetSuite custom scripts as it relates to enhancements
A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good business sense
Good problem-solving skills
Must be able to work well in a fast-paced team environment
Experience working with remote teams
Must be willing to work on a US timezone 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (EST)
