About the Role:
 
We're looking for a NetSuite QA Analyst to join our team and ensure the quality and reliability of our NetSuite SuiteCommerce Advanced (SCA) implementations and integrations. In this role, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to design, execute, and maintain both manual and automated tests that support eCommerce workflows. Key Responsibilities:
Test Planning & Design: Analyze business and functional requirements, and design comprehensive manual and automated test cases, scripts, and test plans to ensure full coverage of NetSuite and eCommerce processes.
End-to-End Testing: Perform end-to-end testing of NetSuite SuiteCommerce Advanced (SCA), API integrations (REST/SOAP), third-party connectors (e.g., Celigo), and backend jobs, ensuring system stability and integration success.
Automation Development: Build and maintain test automation frameworks using tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or TestCafe to automate critical workflows (order-to-cash, inventory synchronization, tax/shipping calculations, product updates).
CI/CD Integration: Support test automation within CI/CD pipelines to accelerate testing cycles and integrate best practices for automation.
Collaboration & Defect Tracking: Work closely with development teams to log and track defects in JIRA, and ensure timely resolutions. Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, retrospectives) to continuously improve testing strategies.
Various Testing Types: Execute functional, regression, smoke, performance, and user acceptance testing (UAT), providing detailed test results and QA metrics to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Experience: 2+ years of experience in manual and automation testing, with a strong understanding of NetSuite (SuiteCommerce or SCA) and eCommerce workflows.
Test Automation Tools: Proficiency in test automation tools like Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, and TestCafe.
NetSuite Knowledge: Hands-on experience with NetSuite SuiteCommerce Advanced (SCA) is highly preferred, with a solid understanding of ERP and eCommerce processes.
Certifications: NetSuite SuiteFoundation certification is a plus, but not required.
Testing Expertise: Proven experience in functional, integration, and regression testing, and familiarity with API testing (REST/SOAP).
Communication Skills: Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with developers, product managers, and other team members.
