The IT department is the beating heart of our daily operations. Working closely with our Finance Department, you will play a key role in providing accurate solutions to ensure a smooth run of the company's financial accountability.
The Job
Working closely with the Product Manager, you will be primarily responsible for the support and maintenance of NetSuite applications, configuration and implementation. Your main responsibilities will be to:
Collaborate efficiently with other engineers to deliver the features required by the organization.
Work with users across the organization to solve data and technical issues
Integrate the invoicing process of new companies joining the group into NetSuite
Define end-to-end testing scenarios and use cases for input to prototype build and testing for functional areas in scope.
Apply quality principles to the development process;
Develop and manage our finance flow using NetSuite software;
Implement and maintain NetSuite scripts and new features such as implementing multi-subsidiaries invoicing process, synchronizing our online payment process to NetSuite;
The Candidate
It could be you if you have:
At least 3 years of experience working with NetSuite software (especially the financial and accounting features);
A working knowledge of accounting processes/terminologies;
Strong functional and technical knowledge of NetSuite (certification is a plus) including hands-on implementation, integration, customization and support experience
Knowledgeable of Software Development Lifecycle Management and experience working with developers.
A familiarity with the finance structure of multinational subsidiaries;
Excellent communication & written skills along with the ability to communicate with all levels within the organization
