We have been on NetSuite since 2017, and just finished reimplementing totally from scratch using everything we learned over the last six years. Our new instance now has everything we need and nothing we don't. We are looking for a NetSuite Administrator to take this finely tuned machine to the next level. We have 15 users and are tech-savvy - more "can we make this happen automatically?" and less "I forgot my password".
Honestly, calling this role "NetSuite Administrator" sells it a little short. You will own our entire back office tech stack, and your mission will be to automate and integrate as many business functions as possible into the ERP. This includes not just managing our Celigo / Integrator.io instance, but also using it to build new integrations between Netsuite and our other major systems (Shopify, Amazon, Close CRM, Rippling, ShipHero, and more). We are looking for a systems guru who sees the big picture, understands our business objectives, and loves an elegantly designed system.
Job Responsibilities:
Own all things Netsuite at Natural Dog Company - you will be the primary POC for all customization and configuration
Create and maintain dashboards and reports to help us understand how our business is doing and make better decisions
Customize forms and roles to ensure our employees see exactly what they need, with nothing else cluttering their workflow
Create custom fields and record types when required - and have the knowledge to know when they're not needed and a built-in feature would suffice
Build reports and custom searches to support our users
Identify common repetitive tasks and build workflows to automate them
Build basic scripts when workflows are not sufficient, and collaborate with our existing NetSuite consultancy for more advanced scripting projects
Oversee data and order sync between Celigo, NetSuite, and other external systems - resolve sync errors and update mappings to ensure they do not reoccur
Support end-to-end solutioning - design, develop, test, and deploy NetSuite functionality and enhancements to help our business do more, faster
Qualifications:
Several years of experience as a Netsuite Administrator - bonus points for doing an implementation yourself
Several years of experience with Celigo and Integrator.io, including Shopify and Amazon connectors
Zapier experience is a plus
High-level understanding of accounting impacts of NetSuite business documents
Curiosity about general business and a desire to make things better and faster
Gets joy out of seeing a system work flawlessly and handle edge cases elegantly
Interest in combining APIs in new ways to make coworkers more efficient
Proactive, highly motivated, and adaptable, with the ability to work independently and under minimal supervision.
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Adaptable and fast learner, able to quickly grasp new concepts, tools, and processes to meet evolving business needs.
Ability to handle constructive criticism and feedback with a positive attitude, using it as an opportunity for growth and improvement.
Must be willing to work onsite, graveyard shifts, weekends, and holidays
Willing to start as soon as possible
