Roles and Responsibilities
- Taking ownership of the administration and support of the NetSuite and associated systems
- Improving and updating documentation as required
- Managing website (Magento) to NetSuite integration.
- Provide regular training and ongoing system / technical support to NetSuite users
- Provide front line support with regards to all aspects of NetSuite and data integrity
- Provide best practice recommendations for implementation of new system processes within the business
- Collating, reviewing,and importing product information
Required Experience
- At least 3 years' experience using NetSuite in an administration and/or support role
- Experience making customizations to the NetSuite system
Minimum Qualifications
- Knowledge of software development and programming practices
- Ability to create and debug NetSuite custom records
- Knowledge of report writing and creation of saved searches in NetSuite
