JOB DESCRIPTION
Job Summary
Develop new applications and update/enhance existing systems (client-server and web-based systems), and provide application support in live operations
Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and implement new software programs based on requirement/specification documents
Maintain and improve the performance of existing applications
Design and update software database schemas
Run unit tests on developed or enhanced software
Recommend improvements to existing software program codes as necessary
Analyze problems/incidents encountered in live operations and recommend/implement solutions
Minimum Education Required
Graduate of a 4-year IT or computer-related college course
Job Specifications
Minimum of 3 years software development experience using C# and .NET, MS SQL, ASP.NET, jQuery, Angular
Experience in MVC Framework is an advantage
3 years' experience in performance tuning/optimizing existing applications
Strong foundation on Object Oriented Programming
Technical Skills Required
1. Solid understanding of the current IT systems environment and development paths
2. Knowledgeable in prevalent operating systems (e.g. Windows, Linux)
3. Certification in Systems Development would be an advantage
