Roles and Responsibilities
The .Net Desktop/Embedded Systems Engineer is responsible for writing, maintaining, and supporting the client systems using a variety of programming languages, primarily Microsoft .NET and associated ecosystem with a focus on Desktop software.
The .Net Desktop/Embedded Systems Engineer is expected to use best practice development methodologies to deliver software applications that align with the client's product roadmap and strategic vision; write programming code, perform testing, and support systems throughout the entire SDLC from inception to in-field; contribute to projects and support other teams as consistent with the client.
The other responsibilities of the .Net Desktop/Embedded Systems Engineer are to write code in .NET (VB and C#); develop web, mobile, and desktop applications; manage back-end and front-end development; write unit tests, test application functionality; implement best practices, debug systems/system analysis; mentor other engineers
Required Experience
- More than 2 years of programming experience as a Mid/Senior Engineer
Minimum Qualifications
- BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
- Proven experience delivering web software applications
