• An ability to be highly versatile, literate, numerate and detail-oriented
• Ability to answer incoming calls & resolve customers queries & concern in a timely manner
Salary Range: PHP15000 - PHP21000/month depending on the account he/she hires
Minimum Qualifications:
At least High School Graduates (old Curriculum) or SHS Graduates (new curriculum)
Call Center experience is an advantage but not required
Good to Excellent Communication Skills
Amenable to work on-site on shifting schedules/Holidays/Weekends
Can-do walk-in process
