Job Description
Setup and calibrate RT equipment.
Performing X-Ray machine operation i.e. X-Ray film shooting and Digital X-Ray / fluorosco
Apply testing criteria in accordance with laid down procedure, specifications or standards and evaluate results.
Interpret radiographs, or digital readouts and visual indicators
Preparing relevant RT report / records, rout card and submit to Data Collection Centre.
Preparing of tracings and filling in defect report (if any)
Maintaining good housekeeping and proper safety operation of X-Ray system
Ensuring strict adherence to safety regulations.
Performing any other task assign by NDT Level III.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Engineering(Metal Fabrication/Tool & Die/Welding) or similar fields.
Male applicants are preferred for this role.
Bachelor's Degree in Any Discipline w/ 1 yr. exp. /or Associate Degree in Any Discipline w/ 2 yrs. exp. /or Technical Diploma / Certificate Course w/ 3 yrs. exp. /or High School w/ 5 yrs. exp.
Valid ANST Level II certificate or equivalent in relevant method (UT)
Knowledge of API Spec 5L acceptance criteria.
Jaegar No. 1 Eyesight requirement within last 12 months; or Ishihara Eye last 12 months
Good communication skills in English.
